What do you see as the political/organizational barriers to accomplishing your goals?\n\n     * How should the technical requirements of theme stewardship “drive” policy issues?  How should policy drive the technical infrastructure?      * How do we better interact/communicate?      * Between stewards/leads      * With users      * With the GIO and MLIA Council\n\n     * How should framework layers and services be identified in the Portal?      * What are the minimal requirements for Montana Framework themes?\n\n       * Consistent state-wide data      * Data Standards      * Metadata      * Maintenance Program/Plan      * Portal Registration      * Distribution Plan/Mechanism      * Service link or support      * Other\n\n      * What type of services should be required of theme stewards?\n\n       * Projections      * Caching      * Metadata      * Web Services      * Downloads      * Other\n\n     * What and how to report at the Intermountain in April?\n\n Outcome:  \n Identification of MSDI Framework Themes “Best Practices”\, potential policy issues for the MLIA Council\, and preparation for reporting to MAGIP members at the April 2010 Intermountain Conference.\n   **There will two open opportunities for public comment/input\; morning and afternoon.\n
