• How long does the mentee expect it will take to accomplish his or her goal?  Does the mentor agree that the goal might be achieved by the target date? 
• How frequently will communication and/or meetings occur?
• What is the maximum amount of time the mentor is willing to spend to achieve the goal?
• What else do the mentor and mentee expect of each other?
