    Hi all,

The train has left the station towards the 2014 Intermountain GIS Conference in Billings.  The conference committee would love to hear your ideas on a theme for the conference. We know there’s a great idea in someone’s subconscious at this very moment.  Dig it out and send it on! You will be lauded with fame and riches galore. And while you’re at it, if you know of a dynamic keynote speaker, tell us about them!

Then once you’re in gear and all enthused, consider volunteering as a track chair.  We’re thinking about separate tracks for mornings and afternoons – about 8 tracks, so chairs can focus on filling just a terrific half-day of presentations.

Also, all are welcome to join the conference committee in whatever capacity you can contribute. With your input, we’ll have a conference as good as the one in Kalispell this year – and that’s saying something!

You’ll be hearing from the conference committee in the weeks and months ahead as we invite ideas, logo design, papers and presenters. All aboard!
