Governing Documents

The governing document for the Montana Association of Geographic Information Professionals includes a Constitution and a set of Bylaws.  These documents help guide the Board of Directors in leading and maintaining the MAGIP organization.  While the Board may make decisions about the general operations of the Association with a simple majority of the board, the Constitution and the Bylaws may only be changed with a vote from the Association membership.  If you have any questions regarding these documents and how they are interpreted and applied, please contact the Vice President of the Board of Directors.
