The timing of this conference coincides with Geography Awareness Week and GIS Day. Locating the conference in Billings, we hope to provide a central meeting place for all Montanans interested in expanding their GIS knowledge through hands-on training and presentations. The conference will feature an evening networking event on Tuesday, November 15. Additional activities include an interactive map/app competition, hands-on workshops, and user presentations.
MAGIP has over 200 active members from every level of GIS expertise and from many diverse professional fields. Through our combined outreach efforts and central location, we hope to foster joint learning activities and opportunities for networking.
Sponsorship Options Include:
> Conference Dinner Sponsorship: Highlight your presence at the conference by sponsoring the evening networking even for the attendees on Tuesday, November 15. Signage will be placed at the serving areas to recognize your company as the contributing sponsor. Additionally, your company logo will also be featured on the MAGIP conference website and the conference autorunner presentation. This sponsorship includes TWO conference registrations and exhibitor space. *Only 1 Dinner-level sponsorship available.
> Break Sponsorship: Reinforce your presence at the conference by sponsoring a break for attendees. Signage will be placed at the serving areas to recognize your company as the contributing sponsor. Additionally, your company logo will also be featured on the MAGIP conference website and the conference autorunner presentation. This sponsorship includes ONE conference registration and exhibitor space. *Only 4 Break-level sponsorships are available.
> Exhibitor Space: Reach the decision makers who need your products and services. Booth space is limited and is located in a high-traffic area where breaks occur and attendees with gather. Spaces will be assigned based on the order that sponsorship payment is received. Additionally, your company logo will also be featured on the MAGIP conference website and the conference autorunner presentation. This sponsorship includes ONE conference registration and exhibitor space.
