Due to budget constraints and the need to improve on savings the Boundary Web Services will be consolidated at the end of October.  Please keep this in mind if you map directly to the BMSC Administrative Boundaries web services. 

Current Administrative Boundaries Web Services: County, City/Town, Reservation, School District, State, Tax Increment Financing District (TIFD) | NSDI: 2010 Census Administrative Boundaries

The services and information on how to connect to them can currently be found: http://giscoordination.mt.gov/webservices.asp.  Services will go down 10/31/2011 and a new service will replace them.  The service will be called MontanaBoundaries.
