Crystal Reports - anyone?

I am delving into Crystal Reports for the first time and while I have managed to create a report that I am satisfied with, I am stumped on how to get this report out to users who don't have access to the full software of Crystal Reports.

Ideally there are free "viewers" out there and they could open the .rpt file and "refresh" the report to show current information.  I've found the free viewers but they don't seem to allow users to refresh the report.  The reports aren't useful if they don't show current information!

Anyone have an idea of how I can make this happen?

Is there a way to interact with Crystal Reports with a scripting language or as the command prompt? If so, maybe you could create a script or .bat file to refresh and post the updated versions daily or something? Just an thought.
